Woman Suffering Medical Emergency Assaults Officers: Prince William PD A 24-year-old woman attacked police officers and paramedics who were trying to get her help on Friday, May 13. Prince William County police arrested Anna Lee Gulich just after 6:30 p.m. at a home on Lost Creek Court in Woodbridge. Rescue workers called the officers to the home because Gulich was violently resisting treatment for a medical emergency, police said.  The officers helped paramedics subdue Gulich, but during the scuffle she punched, kicked, and tried to bite them, police said. Leesburg's Quinn Gorman, 13, Didn't Let Cancer Define Him Though Quinn William Gorman battled osteosarcoma, it did not define him.  The 13-year-old Leesburg boy died earlier this month after a valiant three-year fight, his obituary said.   He rarely complained about his disease. Rather, the teenager loved to hunt, fish, and play sports. Dead Dog In Hotel Room Leads To Animal Cruelty Charges For VA Pair: Sheriff Employees at a Stafford hotel made a horrific discovery while cleaning one of the rooms: A dead dog. The dog's owners, Ashanta Lyle, 20, and Khalil Lyle, 26, were charged with felony animal cruelty on Thursday, May 12, after the dog's body was found in a crate in a room at the Affordable Suites of America, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. Deputies collected the 3-year-old Feist mix April 8, and sent it for testing. It's unclear how the dog died or how long it had been deceased when workers found it.  A magistrate released the owners on an unsecured bond.
