Wegmans Says Goodbye To Plastic Bags At Virginia Stores Customers will soon no longer be able to get single-use plastic bags at Wegmans stores in Virginia, the company announced this week.  The grocery chain said stores in Leesburg, Dulles, Potomac, Lake Manassas, Virginia Beach, and Charlottesville would stop using the bags beginning on July 1. Wegmans in Fairfax and Richmond counties have already phased out single-use plastic bags.  Customers can purchase paper bags for 5 cents each or bring reusable bags for their groceries. Body Found In James River Is Missing Virginia Woman: Police Medical officials say the body found in the James River last week is that of the missing 28-year-old woman who was one of two people who disappeared after going over a dam on Memorial Day.  The Virginia medical examiner announced Tuesday, June 14, that the body found on June 6 belongs to Sarah Erway, WRIC reported. Missing Dumfries Teen Found Safe Prince William County said they found a missing 14-year-old who went missing on Monday afternoon, June 13.  Derrick Dane Jones Jr. left his home on Sheffield Drive in Dumfries around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 13. He got into an argument with a family member and made some "concerning statements" after leaving, police said.
