18-Year-Old Arrested In North Andover Shooting At Fieldstone Court Police in North Andover said they arrested an 18-year-old man in the Sunday shooting, Sept. 11., at Fieldstone Court. Lewis Aquino of Lawrence turned himself in to investigators on Monday, and he was scheduled to be arraigned on attempted murder and assault charges Tuesday. Though, official charges and bail information were not immediately available Tuesday afternoon. Former FedEx Driver Stole Guns Out For Delivery, Sold Them To Undercover Agent: Feds A 39-year-old ex-FedEx driver stole several packages he knew had guns inside and sold them, but what he didn't know was the buyer was an undercover officer, federal authorities said. Frank P. O’Toole of Middlesborough was indicted recently on two counts of possession or sale of a stolen firearm after police arrested him on Aug. 12, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. Anti-Semitic Signs Hung Over Route 1 In Saugus Likely Linked To Neo Nazi Group EDITOR'S NOTE: This story contains images that feature hate language. Shark Spotted Off Coast Of Nahant Beach, Swimmers Warned The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation is warning beachgoers at Nahant to be aware after a shark was spotted near the beach on Monday, Sept. 12. The agency tweeted that purple flags are up at the Nahant Beach Reservation to warn swimmers about the danger as the lifeguard service has ended for the season. Man Who Killed 1, Injured 2 More In Boston DUI Crash Gets 4 To 5 Years In Prison: DA A Bellingham man who was high on drugs when he crashed into three people last year in Boston, killing one, will spend at spend between four and five years in prison, authorities said. Kevin McCaffrey, 47, pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide while under the influence of drugs and driving under the influence of drugs in the 2021 crash, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said. Man Wanted For Making Terroristic Bomb Threats Arrested With Loaded Gun in Boston: Police Police arrested a 22-year-old Coventry man who was wanted on charges of making terroristic threats with a loaded handgun over the weekend, authorities said. Frederick Hines was arrested after a pat frisk near Adams and Gibson streets around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Boston police said. Officers said they knew he was wanted on a charge of making terroristic bomb threats in Leominster. Police found the 9mm pistol with a 21-round extended magazine, and they took Hines in without incident, officials said. Officials charged him with several gun offenses.

2 Fitchburg High Students Arrested After They Brought Knives To School: Police Police arrested two students at Fitchburg High School on Monday, Sept. 12, after they brought knives to school, authorities said. Administrators put the school into lockdown after they were alerted to a potential weapon on campus early Monday morning, the school said in a message to parents.
