Sandra Diamond Fox has been a journalist since 2005, working for The News-Times and The Redding Pilot prior to coming to the Daily Voice. She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

Art Students From WestConn In Danbury Earn Gold Medal Award DANBURY, Conn. — A group of students in the Department of Art at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury earned the Gold Medal Award for their work from the Connecticut Art Directors Club (CADC) for 2015. WCSU students Erin Manion, Jacqueline Chakar, Eric Hoffman and Christopher Gabriel were the collaborators on “Prisma,” the 20-page booklet that represented the annual senior students project.  The theme, concept and design were created by the students and all of the images were produced by graphic design, photography and illustration students.  This award was part of the CADC’s 40t…
