Mark Consuelos made a quick return to “Live with Kelly and Mark,” though his entrance looked a little different.

A Long Island man accused of running from the scene after causing a head-on crash on Interstate 84 in Dutchess County was later found intoxicated, police said.

Prosecutors are reopening a criminal investigation into members of a Cornell University fraternity accused of a gang rape, according to reports.
The Tompkins County District Attorney's Office told ABC News on Monday, Sept. 28, that it plans to present the case to a grand jury. In a civil lawsuit, a former Cornell student claimed seven current and former members of the Chi Phi fraternity drugged, sexually assaulted, and gang-raped her in October 2024.

A former police sergeant already facing a witness tampering charge has now been charged in a series of paintball shootings across five Bergen County towns, including one that struck an elementary school teacher in the head, authorities said.
