The body was discovered inside the vacant building at the corner of American Legion and First Street, Deputy Chief Gregory Zisa said. Investigators believe the man had been using the property as shelter. Photos from HRG News and Resources show the medical examiner at the scene. No signs of foul play have been observed, Zisa said. The investigation remains active, and police said additional information will be released if circumstances change.
