Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

New Widespread System Will Follow Spotty Chances For Storms: 5-Day Forecast There will be chances for some spotty storms in the next couple of days before a more widespread system arrives in the region. Wednesday, July 19 will be partly sunny with a high temperature generally in the low 80s, the National Weather Service says. Line Of Severe Storms With Drenching Downpours, Damaging Wind Gusts Sweeping Through Region As a cold front advances toward the Northeast, storm activity has developed, with some of the storms that are moving from west to east severe. Passenger Crash Lands Plane Departing From Westchester After Pilot Suffers Medical Emergency A female passenger took the controls of a small plane that departed from New York and crash-landed on Martha's Vineyard Island after the pilot suffered a medical emergency, according to Massachusetts State Police.
