Murder-Suicide: Family ID'd After Dad Pushes His Children Off Parking Garage, Then Jumps
A father pushed his two children off a Pennsylvania parking garage before jumping in a murder-suicide that prompted two elementary schools to close, officials said.
Patrick Lynch, 42, and his children, James Lynch, 8, and Caroline Lynch, 6, were identified as the three people found dead in Mt. Lebanon, Allegheny County, on Tuesday, Nov. 3, officials said.

Maryland Voters Approve Question 3, Clearing Way For Congressional Redistricting
Maryland voters have cleared the way for lawmakers to redraw the state's congressional districts.
Question 3 passed on Tuesday, Nov. 3, following a contentious campaign that drew an endorsement from former President Barack Obama and faced legal challenges before reaching voters.
The Associated Press called the race at 9:33 p.m.
With an estimated 62 percent of votes counted, the amendment received 848,362 votes in favor, or 60 percent, compared to 566,324 votes against, or 40 percent, according to preliminary election results.
