A 61-year-old bus driver was arrested and charged after a 4-year-old with special needs was left on a school bus for more than two hours in Morris County, authorities announced Monday, July 28. Police have identified the fisherman who went missing and was later found dead in a New Jersey lake. Valeri Malov, of Pine Brook, had gone fishing in the body of water behind an industrial complex on Chapin Road Saturday morning, Aug. 24, Montville Police Chief Andrew Caggiano said.
