The community is grieving the loss of a little boy who drowned last weekend.
Elijah Stephen, 3, of Blackwood, drowned on Saturday, June 27, according to a GoFundMe set up to support his family.
Stephen's father, Michael, said that evening they saw Elijah's twin sister, Ella, standing in the kitchen, wet, and she said had been in the pool.

Rep. Tom Kean, R-NJ, returned to Congress for the first time since March, revealing what had kept him out for so long.
“Several months ago, due to health concerns, I entered the hospital for some testing,” Kean said in a speech on the House floor. “I was given the diagnosis of depression.
