I agree mom of 2. I can understand being upset if you don't have a backup plan but since I do, I also agree with Dr.Cummings decision to delay. And you're right robquist, we can't all be psychics. They rely a lot on weather reporters who I watched say the temps were supposed to be above freezing and no offense but we know how accurate they always are... View Comment

I don't so much mind buying the bags - I agree with the fact that there has been a significant increase in recycling. I'm OK with that. What I'm not OK with is the fact that as the time goes on, the bags seem to be getting more and more flimsy (I only buy the small ones). At first they were pretty strong but now the tie rips out of EVERY SINGLE BAG regardless of how heavy the bag is!!! If you're going to make us pay for bags, at least provide QUALITY bags! View Comment
