AUBURN, Mass. - The Auburn School Committee is interested in reinstating the joint, collaborative meetings between the Board of Selectmen, the Finance Committee and the School Committee..
"In the spirit of collaboration that has been developed over recent years, the School Committee would embrace the opportunity to meet with these groups again. The School Committee suggests that one agenda item might be the plan for funding of the Middle School Project," Superintendent Maryellen Brunelle wrote in a recent letter, presented to the Board of Selectmen on Monday, Jan. 23.
Selectmen said they will review their upcoming schedules before arranging a joint meeting with the two other committees.
