AUBURN, Mass. - Staff and students at Auburn High School are sponsoring a canned food drive to benefit local food banks.

Canned goods will be collected through Advisory Classes but donations can also be dropped off at the High School Office located at 5 West Street.

Students in the Advisory Class that collect the most canned goods will win a lunch at Zorba's Greek Taverna restaurant located at 97 Stafford Street in Worcester and tickets to an upcoming Worcester Sharks game at the DCU center.

As of November 15, Auburn High School students have collected 598 canned goods. If you do not have a child in the High School but would still like to donate canned goods please feel free to bring them to the main office. Donations will be accepted until Nov. 23.
