AUBURN, Mass. — The Auburn High School Booster Club will present an otherworldly show by psychic Gary McKinstry on March 1 to raise funds for Auburn athletes.

"This is our big fundraiser for this year," said the club's Donna Anderson. "The Booster Club is very generous with awards to our athletes for their success in the [Southern Worcester County League]  championships, district and state championships and, of course, the Super Bowl."

Additionally, each year the club awards two $500 college scholarships to a male and female athlete.

McKinstry brings 30 years of experience as a psychic, clairvoyant and tarot specialist to his presentations. He is also a doctor of philosophy in religion, a universal life minister, teacher, intuitive life coach and radio personality.

He began exploring the paranormal reading tarot cards as a young boy and is now an internationally known medium.

In addition to contributing to the British show "Dead Famous," McKinstry was also one of the original psychics to investigate the supernatural guests believed to inhabit in the Victorian Mansion in Gardner.

The show begins at 7 p.m. Friday, March 1, at the White Eagle, 116 Green St. in Worcester. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Tickets are $30 and are available at the Auburn High School athletic office, main office or through Pam Vaitkunas at pjvity@verizon.net.
