AUBURN, Mass. – With Election Day in the rearview mirror, politicians and town officials will be providing a post-election and town update this week in Auburn.
State Sen. Michael Moore (D-Millbury), state Rep. Paul Frost (R-Auburn) and Town Manager Julie Jacobson will be speaking Wednesday at the Auburn Chamber of Commerce’s networking breakfast. The event will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Auburn/Webster Lodge of Elks at 754 Southbridge St.
A question-and-answer session also will be held, so the Chamber asks attendees to bring questions.
“Chamber events are a great opportunity for you to network with other Chamber members,” a program flier said. “Meet new contacts, develop new leads and exchange ideas. Enjoy breakfast with colleagues and friends.”
The “Business Spotlight” will be Auburn Youth and Family Services, and the coffee sponsor will be South County Physical Therapy.
Registration and networking will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m., followed by breakfast and the program, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. The event costs $25 for Chamber members and $35 for nonmembers; participants registering at the door will be charged an additional $5.
