Auburn Police Log: Assault & Battery With Dangerous Weapon

AUBURN, Mass. — Auburn police arrested a woman and charged her with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, among other charges July 24.

Officer Stephanie Segur responded to a domestic disturbance call at 14 Preston Ave., and Angela Ciccone was subsequently arrested. Ciccone is being charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and the destruction of property.

The following items were also reported by Auburn police from July 24-31.

  • Ralph Therrien of 172 Houghton St., Worcester, was arrested July 25 on South Street and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, marked lanes violation and speeding.
  • Police responded to a disturbance at 90 Southold Road on July 26. Edward Usher of 90 Southold Road was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.
  • Stephen Collins of 95 Oxford St. N., Auburn, was arrested July 27 and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.
  • Thomas Sjogren of 359 Central Turnpike, Sutton, was arrested at 247 Millbury St. on July 27 and charged with violating a protective order.
