WORCESTER, Mass. - Mary Katherine (Moriarty) Morrow, 95, of Worcester, died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at the Odd Fellows Home. Her husband of 39 years, Robert M. Morrow, Sr. predeceased her in 1985.
She is survived by her daughters; Kathleen E., wife of Ronald Simisky of Carver, Eileen M., wife of Edward Krupinski of Worcester, Barbara A. Bastarache of Fort Myers, FL, Mary A., wife of Eugene Courtney of Auburn and a daughter-in-law, Linda B. Morrow of Holden. She also leaves 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. Her son, Robert M. Morrow, Jr. and her daughter, Ann M. Schofield predeceased her as well as her son-in-laws, Raymond Bastarache and Norman Schofield.
Mary was born July 9, 1917 in Worcester, daughter of Michael and Catherine (Flynn) Moriarty and graduated from Commerce High School. She was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. Mary was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed reading and writing poetry. Mary attributed her longevity to her faith in God.

The funeral will be held on Monday, Dec. 17 from Callahan & Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street with a Mass at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart-St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 600 Cambridge Street. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. Visiting hours are Sunday, Dec.16 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
