Auburn Rec. Announces Winter Program Schedule

AUBURN, Mass. - Auburn Recreation and Culture offer residents a variety of activities to keep them busy, active and healthy throughout the winter months. Water Color Painting at the Auburn Senior Center, 4 Goddard Drive in Auburn on Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Experienced artist Beth Parys as she guides all level painters in this great class. Each class is $15. Contact Parys at (413) 245-3295 for additional information.

Coed and Men’s Basketball at the Auburn High School, 99 Auburn St. on Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. Intermediate competition for Auburn residents, $3 per session.

Fitness Classes at the Auburn High School, 99 Auburn St. on Mondays from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday 7 to 8:30 p.m., Friday 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Saturday 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Each class is $5 drop in or $25 per month. Intermediate to advanced level, this is a great group work out with certified trainers.

Get on the Ball with Weights at the Auburn High School, 99 Auburn St. on Tuesdays 6 to 7:30 p.m., Thursdays 6 to 7:30 p.m. and  7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Each class is $5 drop in or $25 per mont.

Tai Chi at the Auburn Senior Center on Mondays from 6 to 7 p.m. Eight Week session, $5 to drop in or $30 for 8 weeks. Call 832-7736 for start date.
