AUBURN, Mass. – Superheroes and villains, princesses and witches, jocks and nerds and many more characters appeared in Halloween parades in Auburn elementary schools on Wednesday.

Bryn Mawr, Julia Bancroft, Mary D. Stone and Pakachoag Elementary Schools held festive parades on Oct. 31, as hundreds of kids dressed up for one of the most-anticipated events all school year.
