YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- The manager at Wild Fusion was issued a criminal summons last week after police responded to noise complaints, but this is not the first time the restaurant has faced the charges.
Police allege that they were dispatched to the scene after they received calls from a resident of Leisure Way complaining of the noise on July 11 at 1:02 a.m. A police investigation reportedly found that Louis Credidio, of Somers, allowed excessively loud music to be played at the location and he was served with the summons at 4:40 p.m. the same day charging him with unreasonable, unnecessary or excessive noise. He was said to be released on his own recognizance and scheduled to answer the charge in Yorktown Court on July 28 at 4 p.m.
Early last month, police arrested the owner of the restaurant, Li Xiao for allegedly creating unnecessary noise. According to police reports, Xiao was arrested following the conclusion of the police investigation after several town residents complained about loud music coming from the establishment close to 2 a.m.
He was released on his own recognizance and was due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on July 12.

A Shrub Oak woman has been charged with allegedly stealing jewelry which cost in excess of $3,000. On July 5, police were summoned to a Mohegan Lake residence where the theft was reported. A police investigation identified the suspect as Brooke L. Tschudy, 18, and arrested her at 11 a.m. on July 7 for allegedly stealing the jewelry. She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Court on August 4 at 6 p.m.
Mahopac resident Darwin M. Palomeque was arrested on July 7 following an arrest warrant charging him with aggravated unlicensed in the second degree, and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. The warrant was issued after a June 21, 2008 incident in which police investigated a personal injury accident on Route 202 at Lexington Avenue and determined Palomeque was one of the operators but allegedly left the scene of the accident which led to the suspension of his license. He was reportedly unwilling to surrender to police, which resulted in the arrest warrant. On July 7, 2011 Palomeque was stopped by New York State Police officers for an alleged traffic infraction and learned of the warrant through the department of motor vehicles, and brought him to the Yorktown Police Department. He was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of a $2500 cash bail, and was scheduled to appear in court on July 14 at 6 p.m.
