EMS Workers Save Stamford Woman's Life

STAMFORD, Conn. -- While walking her dog near Sylvan Knoll Road a woman in her 40s apparently suffered a heart attack Tuesday morning. The unidentified woman was revived by members of Stamford Fire and Rescue’s Engine 4, and Stamford Emergency Medical Services' Medic 2, using a defibrillator.

The incident took place just after 6:30 a.m., a source said. She was taken to Stamford Hospital for further treatment.
