AUBURN, Mass. – Auburn residents will have a new restaurant to head to in the coming days.
The former site of Piccadilly Pub at 602 Southbridge St. will soon be opening as Bentley’s Pub. The restaurant is scheduled to open during the last week of July.
The menu, which will change monthly, will specialize in seafood and steaks.
There will be 10 seafood items on the menu, including “Classic Pub Famous Fish and Chips” for $10.99. In addition, seafood entrees include a baked haddock fillet for $10.99, wild swordfish kabobs for $10.99 and wild Atlantic salmon fillet for $11.99, among other seafood dishes.
Bentley’s Pub will be serving its open N.Y. sirloin steak for $9.99 and an open tenderloin steak for $11.99.
The restaurant has entrees with chicken, turkey, pork and pasta. It also will serve soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and a lobster roll, in addition to daily specials. Every Monday, dinner for two is $19.99. A Fisherman’s Feast will be served Fridays and half-price appetizers will be available Sundays.
Every month, the restaurant will replace two or three lower-selling dishes with new creations. In addition, Bentley’s Pub will be adapting to the seasons, adding stews when it gets cold outside.
The kitchen will be open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The bar will stay open after the kitchen closes.
