Auburn Chamber Of Commerce Has Upcoming Business Events For Public

AUBURN, Mass. – If you’re looking to gain some business contacts while eating delicious food, then head to Yong Shing restaurant Tuesday.

The Auburn Chamber of Commerce and the Webster Dudley Oxford Chamber of Commerce are coming together for their Joint Networking Business After Hours event, sponsored by Southbridge Credit Union.

The two chambers will host an evening of networking from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at Yong Shing restaurant, which offers Chinese and Japanese food. The restaurant is at 90 Auburn St.

The event costs $10 for chamber members and $15 for nonmembers. An additional $5 fee will be applied for participants registering at the door. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available.

October Auburn Chamber Event

On Oct. 10, winners will be announced for the Auburn Chamber of Commerce’s fourth annual Best of Auburn Business Contest. Members of the public nominated their favorite Auburn businesses throughout the summer in categories including the best restaurant, bank, car dealer, fitness facility, gas station, family fun destination and many more.

The chamber’s Membership Breakfast, announcing the winners, will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Oct. 10 at Pakachoag Church, 203 Pakachoag St. The event is free and open to the public.
